NAS - Server PPP

Last update.: 22/05/2020

The first thing we can see here is a list of NAS (Network Access Server) that we have registered in the system. NAS registration is for OLT and router (PPPoE server) to be able to authenticate to Radius server.

                                                                                Nas listing

To add a new NAS, the first thing we will do is press the "Add" button, when doing so the following screen will appear:

Data to be completed for the Nas 1 upload

Here you select what type of NAS we are going to add to the system, from the list that appears in the combo. Then we enter the name with which we want to identify it in the system, for example, "Laboratory router". Next we will proceed to enter the IP address of the device within the network and the port to access it (enabled port).

Graphics Path: This option is used to view the graphics of some particular PPPoE user that Mikrotik provides (feature only for Mikrotik), it is not a mandatory field. Put the command "http: // <IP_Mikrotik> / graphs / queue /", where it will only work if the option "" Tools> Graphing> Queue Rules "" is set to MIKROTIK.

Once the loading is complete, the Accept button is pressed to enter the list.

In the list of NAS / Server PPP, by selecting one we can "Edit" or if necessary "Delete".

When we select the "Edit" button this screen is displayed:

Data to complete for the Nas 2 upload.

Here we can modify one or all the data, once the edition is finished, press the "Accept" button, and the modification will be entered.
